Nokia announces two new exciting feature phones with Google Assistant support

The rear cameras are also placed in a circular form similar to what we've seen on the Nokia 9 Pureview. (That means it might actually be a pretty decent option for a spare phone when traveling overseas.) The Nokia 2720 will be available in black or gray later in September for about UGX 370k (89 euros) before taxes, although HMD has yet to announce the countries where it'll be available. The revamped, slimmer version released two years ago included a colour screen but numerous basic features remained intact, including Snake.

The Nokia 6.2, like all current Nokia-branded smartphones, is part of Google's Android One program, which gives you an nearly stock version of the Android operating system and guarantees you two years of major updates, and three years of security patches. All-in-all, Nokia 6.2 seems like a natural upgrade to 6.1 in terms of looks. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE processor. Nokia 7.2 will be available in two variants of 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB. The triple-camera system on the back consists of a main 16MP sensor, and 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. For the front, it is loaded with a 20-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling. It included the new successors - Nokia 7.2 and Nokia 6.2.

But what the 2720 lacks in style, it makes up for on the inside, because while the 2720 and 110 both run Nokia's Kai OS, the 2720 has a number of added software features including support for WhatsApp and Facebook. And like the 2720, the Nokia 800 also supports Whatsapp, Facebook, and the Google Assistant. Both smartphones feature PureDisplay technology with the Pixelworks visual processor to offer features like Always-on HDR, Enhanced Picture Quality and TrueView™ Auto-adaptive Display. The camera setup includes a 48MP Quad Pixel sensor with f/1.79 aperture + 5MP Depth sensor and an 8MP Ultra Wide camera with f/2.2 aperture. The Nokia 6.2 runs on Android 9.0 Pie and it is backed by a 3,500mAh battery with fast charging support. It also supports Wi-Fi b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.1.

Nokia just launched two affordable Android phones with triple-lens cameras

The Nokia 2720 Flip has an emergency call button (doubles as Google Assistant button) which when pushed will send an SMS and call five pre-configured contacts in the address book one at a time over loudspeaker until it connects to one of them. It is MIL-STD 810G standard certified making it a rugged device that can handle drops, pressure, thermal temperature and more. The Nokia 800 Tough comes with a EUR109 (~RM505), and will only be available in October.

"Our new Nokia feature phones expand our portfolio to reach completely new audiences, delivering access to the latest features and networks in a reliable, familiar Nokia phone package".

The Nokia 800 Tough has a 2.4-inch QVGA screen with a keypad with large rubberized buttons and a speaker at the top and bottom.

As for battery life, buyers will be able to get an impressive 48 days of usage out of the Nokia 800 Tough. It has a 2MP rear camera with an LED flash. It also comes in three different colors including blue, pink, and black.

That said, it can still play Snake, and unlike a lot of modern smartphones, the Nokia 110 still has a headphone jack, along with a removable battery and what should be some seriously good longevity.

The phone has 4MB of RAM and 4MB of storage. It has 4GB of storage and you can have more with a microSD card.

In line with the original, it's also got incredibly long battery life.

The Nokia 7.2 has a 6.3-inch screen that's bright, colorful, and boasts a decent contrast ratio despite being LCD rather than OLED.
