Wimbledon 2019: How to Watch Federer, Nadal and Serena Second-round Matches

The Spaniard rolled on serve from there, but the set wasn't without more theatrics as Kyrgios tapped an underhand ace for 3-5.

Nadal claimed the tie-break and celebrated with a roar, fist-pump and a leap as the fire died out in Kyrgios.

It was Nadal's 50th win at the tournament as he continues his push for a third Wimbledon title and 19th major.

Australian tennis player Bernard Tomic has been fined 45,000 pounds ($56,500) for not meeting "the required professional standards" in his first-round loss at Wimbledon.

In the ladies' draw, British No. 1 Johanna Konta won on Centre Court, beating Katerina Siniakova 6-3, 6-4.

Federer, a 20-time Grand Slam victor, stepped up a gear thereafter, running out a 3-6, 6-1, 6-2, 6-2 victor. And she's now won two in a row at the All England Club to reach the third round and stretch her winning streak to 14 straight. Barty is playing her first tournament at No. 1.

She repeated that in the second set and although the 25-year-old Belgian broke Barty when she served for the match, the Australian made no mistake when presented with a match point on her opponent's serve in the following game.

Van Uytvanck upset defending champion Garbiñe Muguruza a year ago en route to the round of 16 at Wimbledon.

Two-time Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova, No. 9 Sloane Stephens and No. 15 Wang Qiang also advanced to third round.

Nadal will play Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the next round.

His fine is the same amount of prize money singles players get for losing in the first round.

Rafael Nadal emerged victorious against Nick Kyrgios but the bad feeling between the two showed no signs of easing in a spicy second-round contest at Wimbledon.

On his famous win over Nadal in 2014, the 24-year-old added: "I mean, I've looked back on that moment".

Nadal did easily, beating Yuichi Sugita 6-3, 6-1, 6-3. "I'm just a fighter and never give up".

As a 10-year-old, Lloyd Harris sat on Centre Court at Wimbledon to watch his idol Roger Federer.

Second seed Rofer Federer beat local wildcard Jay Clarke in straight sets, while eighth seed Kei Nishikori beat another Brit Cameron Norrie. He won't be the only star attraction on No. 1 Court, though, as Serena Williams then plays Kaja Juvan there.

Home fans appetites will be sated when former world number one Andy Murray plays in the men's doubles - months after "life-changing hip surgery" - with French partner Pierre-Hugues Herbert against Marius Copil of Romania and Herbert's compatriot Ugo Humbert.
