Animal Crossing: New Horizons' auto-save sends Mr. Resetti to unemployment line

The series hasn't had a new game since 2008's Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts, but the original Nintendo 64 games did get a new lease on life when they were released on Xbox One as part of Rare Replay. Yep, during an interview with Mashable at E3 2019, Animal Crossing: New Horizons project lead Aya Kyogoku confirmed Mr. Resetti would be replaced at the Reset Surveillance Center by a new auto-save function. Ultimate, which are all included with the Fighter Pass. As early as 2018, through Twitter, Phil Spencer had opened the doors to the arrival of the character - whose rights are in hand to Microsoft - on Super Smash Bros.

Two new paid downloadable fighters are coming. Ultimate website isn't up yet, Nintendo's Japanese website put out a few screenshots that give players a better look at the game's fourth DLC character. Especially after Kumazaki Shinya, Director at HAL Laboratory and supervisor for Smash Bros, posted a picture of Kirby on a Dragon Quest shield - but to have it all official and settled is another thing entirely. Are you excited to head into battle with the upcoming character?
