'Game of Thrones' Killed Off a Fan Favorite Character Tonight

The Battle of Winterfell shocked us all when every one of our favourite characters came into danger of the Night King. The premiere of Season 8 was illegally downloaded 54 million times, with the biggest offenders coming from India, China, and the U.S. Season 7 of the series was pirated more than 1 billion times, Variety reported. But for Game of Thrones in the United States, neither is an option. In the context of the episode, Jaime and Brienne's romance feels less like well-earned character development and more like a cheap thill. In just two episodes, she's lost her two best friends and most trusted advisors.

"It felt the right conclusion for Jorah's role and being given a very good setting, a dramatic and telling setting". If this show has gotten all the way to the end of eight brutal seasons to just chicken out and give everybody a prize, then what the hell were all those bloodbaths for?

We're in the endgame now, Game of Thrones fans! While the project doesn't have a name yet, many have theorized that it will be called "The Long Night".

We will update this article if, and when, the leaked information is confirmed in the upcoming episode.

"And three of them are still moving forward nicely", he said. "I try to approach all these like they're one".

The eighth and final season of HBO's Emmy Award-winning fantasy drama "Game of Thrones" began on Sunday, April 14, and will conclude on Sunday, May 19.

After The Long Night aired last Sunday, HBO dropped a new teaser for Episode 4, in which the survivors of the Winterfell battle are seen preparing for the "last war" against Cersei in King's Landing for the Iron Throne.

"I was allowed to see myself being killed last Sunday and I've watched a bit of Season 7", the British actress told United Kingdom paper The Daily Star. Ghost, Jon Snow's faithful albino direwolf, has also made a return to the final season. And that's really all we're asking for, weirdly.
