Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid Is Built From The Ground Up

You can check out the teaser trailer below for Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid, which will be heading to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in April, 2019. Despite featuring characters from the mobile game, Power Rangers: Legacy Wars, Battle for the Grid is a brand-new title that's been designed with consoles in mind.

Also, Battle for the Grid plans post-launch support in the same way most other fighting games do.

Update: It appears that the new Power Rangers game is indeed a genuine product! It is, however, definitely coming to the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.


This isn't nWay's first time working with the Power Rangers franchise, as it's the developer behind Power Rangers: Legacy Wars, a fighting game that's available on iOS and Android. Although the Power Rangers franchise is struggling to keep in pace with other games, it certainly evokes a good dose of nostalgia on the side of the older players. It seems, however, that something new is coming to the world of gaming.
