LiAngelo Ball will be playing in Los Angeles next season - just not for the Lakers.
LiAngelo Ball went undrafted in last month's National Basketball Association draft and was informed after the draft that the Lakers won't be inviting him to join their summer league team, according to ESPN.
LiAngelo, the younger brother of Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball and middle of three basketball-playing Ball brothers, worked out for Los Angeles and the Golden State Warriors before the draft. The league debuted in late June to a small crowd in Ontario, Calif., and features mainly players ranging from 18 to 20 years old. "I'm trying to play ball, and I'm trying to play ball, and I am trying to get better every day". His younger brother LaMelo added, "It's all business".
"If you thought the first round of the JBA League games were exciting, then you have seen nothing yet with round two". They brought in Gelo while he's been working out at home.
"We have great chemistry", LaMelo said.
LiAngelo Ball will be a pro baller in 2018 after all.
After a brief run with UCLA and one professional season in Lithuania, LiAngelo Ball declared for the NBA Draft.
