IHOP Changes Name to IHOb & Reveals What the 'B' Stands For

The restaurant chain (formerly known as IHOP?) solved a mystery of its own creation today, as it revealed it is now the International House of Burgers.

"Why couldn't you be global house of brunch and start serving mimosas and bellinis?" one user asked, garnering hundreds of "likes". Many believed that it probably indicated "breakfast", but the chain actually revealed the "b" stands for "burgers". "We're always going to be IHOP", he said moments after saying they weren't IHOP.

However, IHOP fans should take heart, as it doesn't seem like the chain is eliminating its trademark pancakes altogether. However, the name change is only for the "time being", with no set date for the return of its classic branding. Most people thought it would be "breakfast" or "brunch". "They had fun for a week trying to figure it out". - Rebelez joked that diners could order a side of flapjacks and make their own pancake burger. Why mess with a good thing?

It's not yet clear when or if IHOP will change the signs at its restaurants, such as this one in Hialeah, Fla. So now there are a million and 1 restaurants which serve burgers near you. In other words, the B in IHOB clearly doesn't stand for booze.
