The child, Dakota Ray, was located in Iowa late yesterday and is in protective custody.
A missing two-year-old child may be in Iowa or Minnesota.
The Camden Police Department thanked citizens who shared the story on social media and called in with tips.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office arrested William and Jessica Ray after a traffic stop on Thursday near Decorah.
On Monday, Dakota and her parents were captured in surveillance images at a hospital in Iowa. The child and companions are also believed to be sleeping in their vehicle. William and Jessica Ray have been arrested on unrelated charges and are in law enforcement custody.
The family are believed to be travelling in a 1996 Ford Aerostar van and frequently changing license plates to avoid detection.
On Friday morning, police in SC and Minnesota said the toddler was located Thursday following bulletins from police and from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. "Stop by the Camden Police Department if you're ever in SC!" 2 year old Dakota Ray was placed into the custody of the Department of Human Services where she is being cared for.
"William is described as 6'11" tall, 340 lbs. with light brown hair and brown eyes.
"Jessica is described as 5'2" tall, 112 lbs. with long, light brown hair and blue eyes.
William is 44 years old.
