'The Voice' Reveals Season 15 Coaches: Here's Who's Joining Jennifer Hudson

Kelly Clarkson has revealed that she'll be back as a coach on the upcoming 15th season of "The Voice", with none other than the returning Jennifer Hudson in tow as well.

"They each have a unique understanding of what it's like to be in the artists' shoes", he continued of Hudson - who appeared on Season 3 of Idol - and Clarkson - who won the very first round of the talent show in 2002.

One of the most controversial coaches in The Voice history will be returning to their big red chair for Season 15 of the popular NBC series.

Kelly has been a welcome addition this season, and she has agreed to return for another round.


The two pack heavy awards firepower, with Clarkson, who made her coaching panel debut this spring, owning three Grammys, while Hudson, who coached last fall, possesses two Grammys and an Oscar.

The top eight artists will perform live in front of coaches Kelly Clarkson, Alicia Keys, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton as well as teaming up for competitive Mashup Duets during the show's hotly anticipated semifinals shows.

Along with Carrie Underwood, Kelly and Jennifer are considered the holy trinity of American Idol.


Viewers will have the ability to tune into the Might 14 episode for Clues to a particular version of HQ Trivia at 8:30 p.m. PT / 11:30 p.m. ET.

"Team JHud, Team KC, we're coming after you Adam and Blake", Clarkson teased of the rivalry they're about to have together when the series picks back up later this year.

Season 15 of The Voice will join NBC's fall lineup of shows.
