The streaking New York Mets are gunning for their 10th consecutive win as they play host to the Milwaukee Brewers at Citi Field. Flores' third career walk-off homer made a victor out of Jeurys Familia (1-0), who threw a hitless ninth.

Milwaukee's offensive production been led by Eric Thames and Jesus Aguilar. That's why there are easily Three Up, and Three Down for this first stretch of the season. He also struck out two on the night and allowed a two-run home run to Bryce Harper in the first inning. Manny Machado doubled in Baltimore's lone run in the first inning but the Orioles struck out 14 times. He surrendered four hits, including a solo home run to Ben Zobrist, while also walking two batters and striking out two.

Right-hander Chase Anderson (0-1, 3.38 ERA) will get the start for the visiting Brewers. Adam Ottavino (3-0) earned the victory despite allowing a game-tying run on a wild pitch in the eighth.

Matt Harvey gets the ball against the visiting Brewers looking for his first victory of 2018.

Clayton Kershaw struck out 12 batters over seven innings and the Los Angeles offense came to life and ended their 11-game regular-season losing streak to visiting Arizona.

His third and final start continued with the lousy outings.

Fisher pinch-ran for Evan Gattis, who walked. Anderson threw the ball well in a 3-0 defeat to the Cubs with a pair of runs given up on four hits in six innings.

NY has recorded 19.2 Runs + Hits + Errors per game over its last 10 outings and 20.8 over its last five. But the discomfort was short-lived: Frazier hit his second homer of the game to lead off the bottom of the inning, putting the Mets back up 3-2. He's now 0-1 with a 3.38 ERA.

The Diamondbacks have swept the Dodgers three consecutive times since August 29 of previous year, but the regular-season streak was interrupted by the Dodgers' three-game sweep of the D-backs in the 2017 NLDS. The Reds are an MLB-worst 2-13. But Norris induced a game-ending lineout from Billy Hamilton.

Brandon Nimmo tied the game at two in the sixth with a solo shot of his own.

Kingery, who signed a six-year, $24 million contract extension on March 25, leads major league rookies with seven doubles, nine extra-base hits and 12 RBIs. At 11-2, the Red Sox matched the 1918 team for the best start in franchise history. They have lost six straight at home. Chacin is 2-5 with a 6.10 ERA in nine career games (eight starts) against the Mets.

Miami's Justin Bour added two knocks, including a two-run homer, his third in three games. Yoenis Cespedes had two hits, including an RBI single in the first, while Asdrubal Cabrera extended his hitting streak to 11 games by going 2-for-4. The games will be made up in a split doubleheader on June 4 in Detroit. It's early, but they are already 3.5 games up in the NL East and more importantly they are six games on the Nationals.
