The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has a codename

Last month, we told you that the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 might be launched earlier than usual this year, perhaps by July or August. From what we know, there have been rumors that the phablet will feature the next-generation Bixby AI which could make the device smarter than its predecessors. According to Evan, the codename of the Galaxy Note 9 (wait for it) is Crown.

Huawei's recently announced P20 Pro also features a 4,000 mAh battery with this latest device being applauded in reviews for its ability to last long into a second day without needing to be charged.

"The Galaxy Note 9 is expected to come with a 6.4" display, a Snapdragon 845/Exynos 9810 processor, up to 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. These rumors highlight what the phone will look like, whether it will have an in screen fingerprint scanner and so on.

There's now no official word on when this phablet will be released but some reports have suggested it could be shown to the world as early as July. Expect the Galaxy Note 9 to feature the top-of-the-line spec sheet and features. Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will likely come with a set of dual cameras on the rear.


A recent report has suggested that Galaxy S9 handsets bought in the United Kingdom and Europe might be noticeable worse than purchased elsewhere, new battery life tests have revealed. The S9+'s battery of 3500mAh is more powerful than the S9's that has 3000mAh.

Blockchain chief at Samsung SDS Co., Song Kwang-woo, said that using the distributed ledger system could cut shipping costs by up to 20%. But that does not appear to the case with the Exynos Galaxy S9 handsets. The Galaxy S9 and S9+ which were not yet released at that time are two of the flagship devices on the list. The smartphone is still in the stage of development, but the leaks have started pouring in about this flagship smartphone.
