Kathua rape case: Rahul Gandhi, party leaders hold midnight march

"This is a national issue and not a political one", Gandhi said at the march towards the India Gate in New Delhi. He said the Congress will continue to hold such protests in the coming days, and in Delhi, party workers will fan out across 14 districts to seek justice for the victims.
