However, Delhi police have earlier submitted a report in Delhi court saying Mr Jain has admitted that AAP MLAs surrounded the chief secretary and saw them assaulting him at Chief Minister's residence on the evening of Februar19, 201818. "A bill has to be brought in Parliament to remove anomalies in the law and save traders from unemployment", he said.
Later in the day, Congress President Rahul Gandhi attacked both AAP and BJP over the sealing drive. "After this affidavit the Supreme Court expressed its concern over the intentions of Delhi Government and revived its Monitoring Committee to curb the growing menace of unauthorized construction, " he said.
Sisodia said in the days to come, the sealing drive was likely to intensify and also reach the rural areas.
Sisodia said the government would create opportunities for both parties to apprise the monitoring committee about their views on the sealing. It was during a meeting at the CM's residence.
In solidarity with Prakash, IAS and Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Services (DCS) officers have not been attending meetings with AAP ministers, and only maintaining written communication with them. "I have requested Delhi government to ask the director local of bodies to direct the municipal corporations to inform the public about the reasons for sealing before the sealing is carried out".
"Mr Sisodia said the BJP could resolve the issue immediately if it wanted to".
Even though BJP was also invited to this all-party meeting, it boycotted it.
"But the BJP wants to finish off traders by establishing foreign direct investment in the city", he said.
"We have given a representation to the CM, and will send this to the BJP also, in which we have divided the city into six parts".
Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal shot back, asking the Congress chief to raise the "sealing issue" in Parliament and force the BJP to take steps to stop the drive, which he said his party would support.
"It's very sad that BJP did not come for the meeting but does politics on the issue", Sisodia said.
Health Minister Satyendar Jain, Development Minister Gopal Rai, AAP leader Sanjay Singh and lawmaker Somnath Bharti were among the others who took part in the talks. "The government must make a submission properly in the court with conviction", Maken said.
