Nearly all the smartphone manufacturers are following the trend.

Rumors that have been swirling since the past few months have claimed that Sony will be ditching the OmniBalance design that it has been using for its smartphones from 2013.

The expected revamp of the design of the Sony Xperia lineup to include bezel-less displays is quite exciting for Sony mobile fans, now the phones have leaked in new in the wild shots. It is speculated that the forthcoming Sony flagship may arrive with full screen design.

Any love for the new Sony Xperia design?

Reportedly, the renders that we're seeing in this article are based on Sony's own design drafts.

You can see from the renders that it also has a dual-lens camera but that the design is slightly plainer, with what appears to be a metal back and slightly curvier corners, along with similarly small bezels above and below the screen. The upper curved matte part of the device seems to house the two large-sized camera sensors those are separated by the LED flash at the middle. The remaining portion appears glossy. Similar to all the upcoming smartphones from other giants, the phone is also expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC.

The image also showcases a 5.5-inch display with 4K resolution. At the centre of the back panel, there is a fingerprint sensor and Xperia branding. These are early renders of the upcoming Xperia devices suggesting Sony's roadmap in 2018, but are in no way set in stone.

Both phones have dual-camera setups on the rear, however the dual-camera setups are very much different. The images seen above and the render below show three devices in total, with one of them being depicted in blue and featuring a rectangular aesthetic similar to the company's existing OmniBalance design with one obvious exception - a almost complete lack of bezels.

We know that Sony is finally planning to change the design of its phones, and we might have just got our first look at what that change will involve. The dual rear camera setup is seem lying on the rear panel along with LED flash on the side and a fingerprint sensor below camera sensor.
