The black-ish star shared a video clip of a news report about how companies can handle holiday parties in the wake of so many prominent sexual harassment stories.

According to Refinery 29, Ross took over hosting from Kimmel since he needed to stay at home with his son following his child's heart surgery. "It isn't a Hollywood scandal, it isn't even a scandal", said Ross.

"It isn't a sex scandal", she said before reading her book aloud to the audience. It's not even a scandal.

To clear the air, Ross wrote a parody-style children's book that while at first may appear amusing, makes you realize how serious the problem really is.

Since some men seem to be confused about what does or does not constitute harassment, Ross chose to explain it to them in the simplest possible way, using a children's book that she wrote about-and for-sexual harassers. It's called The Handsy Man-and if you like it, you're in luck!

"There is a guy with ten long fingers".

"Over the past few months, countless fearless women have come forward to share their experiences, and while I'm not totally surprised by these stories, it seems like quite a few men are", Ross said, explaining the story was "kind of like a children's book for men that's going to make it really simple and just bring it back to the basics".

If you're a woman, you're not a fan. "I shouldn't have to say this crap", she adds. "Listen, and I'll explain to you all the things you may not do".

Don't rest your hand upon my knee.
