Rumors started swirling prior to the start of the Playoffs week on The Voice: Coach Blake Shelton was expected to grace the cover of the magazine's annual issue when it hits newsstands on November 15, bearing its ultimate male honor of "Sexiest Man Alive".
Shelton said he was, in fact, proud and honored to have been picked, adding: "I'm not going to treat this like Hugh Jackman or one of those guys who's humble about it. People are going to hate me over this".
Shelton, 41, graces the cover of People's annual issue devoted to the men we love, and inside the magazine's pages, the 6-foot-5 Oklahoma-bred musician - who just released his new album, "Texoma Shore" - opens up about his heartthrob status. "That must be all you had left to look for".
