Amir Khan and Faryal Makhdoom's relationship has rarely been out of the news lately, but the boxer's latest tweet about the state of their marriage definitely pulls no punches. "I am always training and I am gonna be training in the jungle too".

"I want to fight three times next year".

"I want to get a fight in February, and then again just before Ramadan in April".

"Asked if he wanted to be King of the Jungle, he responded: "King of the ring, suits me better".

Other celebrities spotted flying in for their spell in camp are Vanessa White, Jack Maynard, Georgia Toffolo, Dennis Wise and Jamie Lomas. We have to think about our daughter Lamaisah who I will always be there for. However, the weather forecasts for the show are predicting major storms which means the celebrities could be facing 170mph tropical cyclones targeted to hit Australia.

The insider continued: "They had hoped that as a newly-single man there could be a jungle romance with some of the sexy singletons there".

"I have no idea y i am so happy but may Allah keep u both happy together", one person said while another wrote: "If you love someone so badly, you have to make it work, you run after them, don't run away like some ppl do... good luck to both of you".

"Meanwhile Amir's hoping he can use the show as a springboard to help rebuild some of the damaged public perception of him after his marriage split".

"ITV have been trying to get him to do the show for years so this is a real coup for them".

The show kicks off on November 19, although the cast members begin life in the outback a day earlier.

She later announced she was pregnant with their second child. Amir posted a picture of himself and his wife cuddling together on a sofa and the caption read that he's back with his "4 month pregnant wife, after sorting out all the issues".

30 year old Khan arrived in Brisbane earlier today all but confirming the upcoming appearance that will see his boxing career take a back seat until the show ends.
