Now, a court has ruled on the child abuse case against him.

On Wednesday, Tyrese broke down in tears in a Facebook post where he begged to be reunited with his child after being apart for two months. This is all I got.

Tyrese later spoke out about his impassioned video, defending his erratic behavior as that of a "desperate father fighting for his child", and explaining his anger over comments made about Fast & Furious co-star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. "Don't take my baby".

She added that the abuse continued following the birth of their daughter Shayla, claiming that he punched her in the head while she was holding the toddler, who was 4 at the time, in an elevator.

And he also voiced his disappointment over the alleged lack of support from some of his well-heeled "millionaire" and billionaire" friends asking, "I've been there for you, why aren't you there for me?'

Tyrese went on to proclaim his innocence in a part of the message aimed at his daughter's mother. "I guess I was hoping you would understand but it's okay that you don't", The Black Rose artist captioned. "I don't hate you Norma", he said.

"While entering the building, a fan not only stopped to embrace the former TGT member with a hug, but proceeded to pray over him", the website reports.

The 38-year-old rapper and actor has been engaged in a bitter courtroom feud with ex-wife Norma Mitchell Gibson over their 10-year-old daughter Shayla.

Sources close to the actor told The Blast that the department will not be seeking any criminal charges against Tyrese, who has been entangled in a contentious legal battle with his ex-wife Norma Gibson. "But I see the attacks just won't stop so I believe this too will pass and God and the courts will reveal the truth".
