"We are very pleased to be part of the excitement leading up to the release of the Last Jedi and to be launching our limited edition POWERbot™ in partnership with Star Wars fans", said B.S. Suh, Executive Vice President of the Digital Appliances Business at Samsung Electronics.

Samsung has unveiled a new colour scheme for their POWERbot VR7000 vacuum cleaners, showing off Darth Vader and a Storm Trooper options. Both models can play music from the iconic series, and will make sounds according to their model. The Darth Vader model mimics the character's infamous labored breather when turned on.

The Darth Vader version goes on preorder October 10th in the US for about $800, and it comes with Wi-Fi connectivity and its own remote.

They can also remember your rooms through Visionary Mapping Plus technology and come with plenty of other smart features to boot. FullView Sensor™ 2.0 allows the unit to clean around home decorations and valuable personal items as small as 10mm.

Both versions are now available via pre-order and will begin shipping out on November 5.

These are essentially just limited edition versions of Samsung's original PowerBot vacuum so you can expect the same CycloneForce technology. The Darth Vader edition sells for $799, while the Stormtrooper version is priced at $699.
