One of the last things Chester Bennington did before he tragically took his own life on July 20 was to film an episode of Apple Music's Carpool Karaoke with his Linkin Park bandmates.

Series creator James Corden previously said that the late singer's family would decide if the episode would air.

It's often hard to predict that someone will take their own life, and judging by Bennington's demeanor in this video, it's clear to see why it came as such a shock.

As reported by Rolling Stone, Bennington's wife and his family were consulted to ensure they were behind the release of the video on the band's Facebook page.

Before Linkin Park had released the video, Corden, who executive produces the show, told the Associated Press (via People), "We will approach it in whichever manner his family or the people that were involved in that episode, however they would like it to be handled". "I just want them to find whatever it is". "It feels like a real band already - we're already fighting", he says.

At the start of the video, Jeong jokes that he had a dream he joined the band and renamed it "LinKEN Park".

At the time of his death, Jeong expressed his condolences on Twitter, saying he was in shock and was heartbroken. The band has said they will donate all earnings generated from the concert to charity.
