Authorities still are searching for a suspect, but have canceled the missing-child alert for a 7-year-old boy who was sought following an incident at a mobile home in southern OH that left three people dead and a fourth hospitalized.

Lawson has been named a person of interest after three people were found dead at a home there.

Devin was last seen at a residence located 15497 St Rt 93 on 10-11-2017.

The Ohio Attorney General's Office has canceled the Endangered Missing Child Advisory for an 8-year-old child in southern Ohio. Authorities say "there is reason to believe Devin could be in danger or injured". A fourth victim was found at a home about a quarter of a mile away suffering from stab wounds to the neck and head.

Authorities say Aaron Lawson, 23, 15868 State Route 93, is a person of interest in the crimes.

Lawson was last seen on foot near the scene. A search was conducted around the initial crime scene, neighbor's houses, friends' and relatives' house and the woods around the area.

Lawson was spotted by deputies on State Route 141, driving a Blue Chevy truck, early Thursday morning.

Deputies chased Lawson before he crashed his vehicle into a ditch and ran into the woods, the sheriff said.

"The boy is described as 4'8" tall and weighs 80 pounds.

The sheriff's office said releasing further information would compromise the investigation.

As part of an ongoing investigation, The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office is now attempting to locate Devin Holston.

"The names of the victims are not being released at this time pending positive identification and notification of next of kin", the sheriff said.
