A Florida woman posted a video showing what appears to be a doctor cursing and yelling at a woman after she complained of a long wait line.

Witness testimonies described stipe as "irate" and said that she threatened staff, telling them they "have what's coming to them".

Jessica Stipe posted a smartphone video on her Facebook video, writing that she was "severely sick" and went to the Gainesville After Hours clinic for a check-up.

"If you go to CareSpot, you're waiting for three hours". "Get the f*** out of my office", he screamed.

"When he saw it was being recorded he snatched my baby's phone and shoved her when she tried to get it back", Stipe wrote on Facebook.

"Ms. Stipe had been increasingly belligerent and abusive to the office staff, cursing and threatening them with violence, because she was unwell and had been waiting to see me for more than an hour", Gallogly says in his statement, according to CBS 4.

The video in question is being investigated by the Gainesville Police Department.

He then fires back with: 'Then fine, get the hell out, get your money and get the hell out, see you later'.

"I want to go home and get in my bed-" Stipe replies before being cut off.

The dispute continues as Stipes daughter reassures her mom that it's okay and she had been filming the whole thing as she says to the doctor: 'Okay you can get out of her face'.

They go back and forth for a few seconds until Stipe says she wants to leave.

He opened the door while continuing to tell Stipe to leave and then noticed her daughter was recording. "You know this was uncalled for & for those of you who don't and are being rude and hateful to me and my child".

The doctor concerned at the Gainesville After-Hours Clinic, 926 NW 13th St., Peter Gallogly, is now under criminal investigation, Gainesville Police spokesman Officer Ben Tobias said, according to The Gainesville Sun.

At one point, Stipe's daughter asks Gallogly's name.

"At the end of the events, I most regrettably lost my temper, and spoke to the women in a most unprofessional manner", Gallogly continued.

Gallogly apologized in his statement, saying he was defending his staff when he over-reacted, and that there was no excuse for his behavior. Possibly realizing that he's being recorded, he apparently snatches the girl's phone then heads down a hallway.

She later told WSMH that she believes Gallogly was attempting to delete the video before throwing the phone back at them.
