Chelsea management read riot act to Charly Musonda

Charly Musonda has risked the wrath of Antonio Conte after the Chelsea youngster launched a shock tirade on the club. And what do you get back?Literally nothing, . done.

'However, with this being said I will continue with same dedication and commitment to this great game'.

The post was interpreted as a dig towards Chelsea following his recently limited chances, and although it's alleged that this wasn't the case, Musonda is failing to convince many given the post's evident frustrations.

Musonda is a highly rated midfielder, but has struggled for game time with the Blues this season, playing just one minute in the Premier League.

Sources have told ESPN FC that Musonda apologised and denied his message was intended as criticism of Chelsea or Conte in a meeting on Tuesday, but his decision to vent publicly has exasperated the club, who have made it clear to the 20-year-old that he can not expect to be handed a place in the starting XI.

In a veiled dig at the way that his club rarely affords chances to young players, the Belgium U21 worldwide voiced his exasperation after making every effort to convince manager Antonio Conte of his abilities.

Whilst it is not clear if Musonda is directly talking about his time at Chelsea, many supporters were quick to criticise his outburst.

"Literally nothing, . done", Musonda said on Instagram.

His brother Lamisha, who also had a brief stint with the London club, seemed to confirm this in a comment which has been since deleted.

Speaking after Musonda's goalscoring display in the Cup, Conte suggested the talented youngster is still too lightweight for the Premier League. He's trying to work a lot to improve his physical impact.

Call us insane but we don't think that's going to help matters.
