While the general awareness and acceptability in society for mental health and psychiatric disorders is still at a maturing phase, the challenges for mental health at workplace are even severe with the stress causing factors, stigma, lack of awareness and confidence in medical or clinical help refusing to die down.Consulting psychiatrist Monali Deshpande feels that todays work environments are breeding stress owing to multiple reasons , As Reported By TOI.
