Police on Friday morning arrested 35-year-old David Gray near the restaurant in connection with the incident.

Gray, who is in a wheelchair, allegedly rolled over the man's foot as he was exiting the restroom, according to the Newburgh Gazette. After the interview, Gray said he "manned up and told the truth", according to the police report.

A different witness told Orlando police that Gray visits the Chick-Fil-A, accompanied by a woman and children at least twice a week.

David Gray was arrested Friday, after a witness reportedly saw him committing a sex act with a baby.

Orlando news outlets say he is a daycare worker who regularly comes to that restaurants with kids.

As Gray was leaving the bathroom, another customer in the restaurant started yelling, "call the police, a child is being abused in the bathroom", according to the report.

Police said the customer saw the child's reflection with Gray in the stall and thought she was being touched inappropriately. "(The witness) stated he flushed the toilet on goal to let the man hear him in the bathroom. And that's not all: When confronted outside of the bathroom, Gray threatened the witness with a stun gun and said he would kill him, police say.

"What else am I going to do?"

He was arrested and charged with sexual battery on a child under the age of 12, lewd or lascivious molestation, child abuse, exposure of sexual organs and various other charges.

He is being held without bond at Orange County jail, and investigators do not know if they will charge him with assaulting other minors.
